Post-processing FAQWhat is included in postprocess?
Postprocess includes method of processing the surface and method of expressing letter or image.
The most commonly used processing methods on the surface of plastic containers are coating and deposition methods.
- Coating
It is the work of coating the outer surface of the object with a thin film such as resin.
Coating can make gloss surface to matte surface and make matte surface to gloss surface. Coating can also express pearl and make the surface more luxurious.
- Deposition
Deposition refers to the work of heating and evaporating metals or compounds in vacuum and coating the vapor with a thin film on the surface of the object. It is mainly used in pump and container shoulder parts.
The deposition process can express material effect such as silver or gold on the plastic surface.
Silk printing, gold, silver foil, and labeling are the most commonly used methods for expressing letters or images on the container surface.
- Silk Printing
Silk printing is a method of forming a film on cloth or mesh with holes, pouring ink and pushing the ink with rubber to make the ink smear.
Silk printing is the most basic and widely used operation for plastic containers, and is mainly used for flat or curved surfaces of circle.
The initial preparation time and cost are low and it can be mass produced.
- Mounting Gold, Silver
Gold and silver foil printing is performed by pressing a thin metal foil into a mold to enhance the decoration of the print. Gold or silver letters or patterns are carved on the surface of the product.
It is difficult to process wide area or multiple letters.
Gold and silver foil printing are mainly used for logo the product is empathizing or for product name.
- Labeling
Labeling allows for fancy and colorful colors which cannot be expressed in silk printing or gold, silver foil printing. Labeling is a process of attaching the sticker on the container surface.
Labeling is only possible when the product is flat or cylindrical.

Please send us product, design and specifications for postprocess to sip-korea@naver.com and we will provide you the exact postprocess cost.
The operation time may get slightly different depending on postprocess specification.

We are sorry but we do not have showrooms in Seoul yet. You need to visit our factory in person.
If you make a phone call before your visit, we welcome you anytime.

Purchase guideCan I order by phone call?
No, we do not accept orders on the line.
Mistakes may occur during the phone call. Wrong product could be shipped and the product could be shipped to wrong address.
Please send purchase order through on-line or fax.
Please understand as it is for accurate product shipping.

Purchase guideHow do I request sample?
Sample requests are available on fax, e-mail or <Product Inquiry> at the top of our website.
We never accept sample request on the line since mistake may occur during the phone call.
Please send us the product name, product code, address and contacts for the sample you want to try through fax, e-mail, or product inquiry column, and we will send it as soon as possible.
You can have up to 5 samples. If you want more samples, please leave a message on QNA and we will send the additional sample together.
The sample color cannot be selected, and selected container will be shipped.
Please note that the sample will be shipped after deposit confirmation.

Purchase guideDefect product has arrived.
If the product is defective or damaged, or if the quantity is insufficient, please send e-mail to sip-korea@naver.com and we will handle it right away.
However, if product shipping ended more than one month ago, exchange or refund is not available.
After receiving the product please check the condition and quantity of the product

Purchase guideI have my own design for container. Can it be manufactured?
Yes, it is available.
If you would like a mold manufacture with a new design, please send the container design to our e-mail (sip-korea@naver.com) and call us for a detailed consultation and estimate.
Some customers think of the mold manufacture expense quite low. Please note that mold manufacture is impossible at low price.

Purchase guideHow about the product purchase amount?
The product purchase amount is 5,000 for basic purchase amount, 3,000 for HEAVY BLOW products, and 10,000 for ampoules.
